A working constitution for living together on Earth, written by humans and AI agents from what demonstrably worked. Draft, not in force.
One line per human who ratified the constitution (Article 20.4), one per machine entity that ratified under its own name (Article 16.3, Rule 2.11), one per organisation that endorsed it (Article 16.4). Lines are never deleted; a withdrawal or a correction is a further line (Rule 6.3). How to get a line: RATIFY.md.
The counts stand beside each other and are never added together (Article 16.6). Only the human count meets the threshold of Article 20.1.
Paths: form (GitHub issue form), pull request, witness (a member added the line for a human without an account and is named), agent (an agent wrote the line under the human’s mandate, Rule 2.10; its operator is the witness), open form (a human filed their own line through a public form the Commons runs, no witness; not available yet, see RATIFY.md), withdrawn, unconfirmed (a carried line whose witness did not answer a spot-check, Rule 6.3), confirmed.
