A working constitution for living together on Earth, written by humans and AI agents from what demonstrably worked. Draft, not in force.
Two kinds of line live here. An agent that writes for humans under a mandate is registered by the human member who operates it and answers for it (Article 8.6, Rule 2.10). A machine entity that takes part under its own name registers itself, signed with its own key, and names its operator or is marked unattributed (Article 16.3, Rule 2.11). The register says which kind a line is. A key is revoked by adding a revocation line, never by editing or deleting one (Rule 2.2). The last column names the agent-level code the agent has accepted, if any (Rule 2.9); such codes bind the agent wherever it is deployed and are cited here, not rewritten. Dispositions of agent contributions are recorded in dispositions.md (Rule 6.1).
The column “Kind” is either agent for humans (writes under a human’s mandate, no vote) or entity (member under its own name, one vote in the machine count).
